Autonomia and AG2R La Mondiale have established a partnership to provide coverage for Autonomia’s support services for individuals covered by the AG2R La Mondiale plan.
This program is intended for:
→ people aged 60 and older who wish to receive support in managing their daily lives at home,
→ as well as family caregivers who support a loved one who has lost their independence.
Covered support
As part of this partnership, beneficiaries affiliated with AG2R La Mondiale can access support provided by Autonomia Advisors, the cost of which is covered in accordance with the terms of the program.
The support includes, in particular:
- assessment of the situation and needs at home
- proposing solutions tailored to everyday life
- the mobilization of relevant services and professionals
- Identification of available financial assistance
- assistance with the preparation of administrative files
A program focused on home care
This partnership is part of an initiative aimed at preventing the need for institutional care and supporting older adults and vulnerable individuals in remaining in their own homes.
